Andy Hodge serves as CEO of Libra Software Group. Andy has over 35 years of experience operating and leading software businesses in the manufacturing and supply chain space. Andy Joined Constellation Software via the sale of his business, Windflite Computer Systems, in 2009 and has held various leadership positions within the businesses that now make Libra Software Groups portfolio.

With over 30 years of experience in software and high-tech companies, Mike currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Warehouse Solutions. His role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and seeking acquisition opportunities to expand the portfolio businesses. Since stepping into this position in 2022, Mike has demonstrated an ‘in the trenches’ leadership style, fearlessly undertaking the hard work required for business success.

Mike’s journey in the industry began with SphereWMS, where he developed a robust understanding of warehouse management complexities. This experience has been crucial in his current role, where he skillfully merges strategic planning with hands-on execution in the competitive warehousing sector.

An embodiment of determination and endurance, Mike has completed an Ironman Triathlon, an achievement that reflects his tenacity both professionally and personally.

Craig is the Business Unit Manager of several software companies within the Discrete Manufacturing Sector of Libra Software Group. He has been with the company since 2014, starting as a Professional Services Consultant at Friedman Corporation before moving on to hold several positions within the operations, customer support, and professional services departments within Libra Software Group. Prior to joining Libra Software Group, Craig held several roles within the discrete and process manufacturing industry. He is also active in the IBM community as a Director on the COMMON board.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys gardening, travel, and spending time with his family. He lives right outside of Nashville, TN with his wife and children.

Bill Schroeder is President of the Transportation and Shipping Segment within Libra. His experience in supply chain technologies includes enterprise systems, integration, design thinking, and Agile methods for R&D. Prior to ProShip, Bill spent 21 years in logistics technology with the USPS and then FedEx Express, FDX Corp and FedEx Supply Chain, where he focused on innovation and optimization of technology processes, customer solutions and global renewal programs. As a USAF Veteran he is passionate about Veterans and the programs that assist our men and women when they return.

Martin joined Constellation Software Inc. in 2021 helping grow the Industrial Software portfolio through a variety of acquisitions in North America and Europe. In 2024, Martin moved to Libra Software where he oversees M&A and Corporate Development initiatives. Martin has experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, CAD and other areas of the industrial software value chain, having worked with a wide variety of sellers, including owner managers and corporate carve-outs.

Prior to joining Constellation Software, Martin worked in the M&A Advisory group at PwC in San Francisco and Toronto , assisting Private Equity and Corporate acquirers execute on their M&A mandates.

Mike joined Libra Software Group in 2024 as Director of Corporate Development.  Mike is focused on identifying and evaluating potential acquisition and partnership opportunities for Libra Software Group. Mike works directly with Business Owners to understand their business and their objectives in an acquisition.  

Prior to joining Constellation Software, Mike spent 9 years as a Sales Executive for several prominent Technology companies. Based in Toronto, outside of work you will find Mike staying active traveling, hiking and golfing. 

Michael joined Constellation Software Inc. in 2023 and has helped grow the Industrial Software portfolio by investing in both owner-operator led businesses and corporate carve-outs within North America. Michael is responsible for sourcing and origination, due diligence, and transaction execution at Libra.

Prior to joining Constellation Software Michael worked in Private Equity and was responsible for the evaluation of new investment opportunities and strategically advising portfolio companies.

Based in Toronto, Gaurav joined Constellation’s investment team in 2023 with a focus on growing the industrial software portfolio. In 2024, he transitioned to the Libra Group, where he currently serves as a member of the Corporate Development team. In this role, Gaurav is responsible for identifying, and assessing investment opportunities.

Prior to Constellation, Gaurav’s professional journey commenced in the capital markets division of a prominent Indian multinational conglomerate. He later joined EY’s Advisory team, covering cross-border transactions across multiple industries. Subsequently, he worked in a Private Equity role, where he was responsible for originating, qualifying, and evaluating investment prospects.
